Our furry friends from just down the Sesame Street have made their way to Israel to meet new people and learn new things as Shalom Sesame makes its way to our shelves. Sharing Jewish culture, Hebrew language, and Israel locations, the eventual 12 disc launch seeks to give insights into aspects of Jewish life through the use of familiar and new Sesame Street characters and a variety of celebrities sharing their time.
The Sticky Shofar continues the Shalom Sesame launch in which celebrity host Anneliese van der Pol (from That’s So Raven) and Grover travel to Israel to meet and share stories with new characters. In The Sticky Shofar, we learn about Rosh Hashanah and the wonders of sweet and sticky honey! Along the way Grover, Avagail, and Brosh learn about friendship and forgiveness as the New Year fast approaches.
